For join-in group tours, we assign English-speaking bike guides to ensure smooth communication among participants of different nationalities, making the experience seamless, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone.

For Classic Tours: we recommend booking a private trip if you are traveling with children under 8 years old, as young kids may not be able to participate in activities designed for adults.
For Semi Bike Tours: if the destinations and regions feature flat terrain and safe routes, children are welcome to join the journey. Children aged 8 to 16 can participate only on private family trips. To join a group bike tour, participants must be 17 years or older.
For Other Adventure Tours: eligibility depends on the nature of the trip, the mode of travel, and the specific destinations. Upon receiving your inquiry, we will review your travel plans and advise which age groups are suitable for children to join based on the trip’s requirements and safety considerations.

Classic Tours
Your luggage and suitcases are securely stored in the back of our vehicles and carefully looked after by our professional drivers, ensuring peace of mind throughout your journey.

Classic Bike Tours
Enjoy a carefree bicycle ride through authentic villages while our support vehicles stay close by. You’ll see them regularly, approximately every 10 to 20 kilometers, providing assistance whenever needed.

Adventure Tours
During daily adventures, your luggage and suitcases are safely handled by our backup services and support vehicles, which are always available and on standby to support you.

Note:
Please keep all personal items you may need during the day—such as water, sunscreen, camera, or other essentials—in your day bag. Do not pack them in your suitcase or large luggage, as these will be stored in the vehicle’s compartment or secured on the back of support vehicles.

To secure your trip, an initial deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the trip begins.

If you are booking within 30 days of the trip’s start date, the full balance will be due immediately upon booking to confirm your reservation.

Alternatively, you may choose to pay the remaining balance by credit card upon your arrival at the tour starting location.

Important Reminder: While we provide local insurance, we strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Your insurance should cover full medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings for complete peace of mind.

We prioritize riding on small paths and back roads where there are no traffic vehicles at all, offering a safe and peaceful journey through the countryside. Occasionally, we may ride on minor roads with very light traffic to reconnect with our selected scenic trails, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable adventure throughout your trip.

The daily cycling distance on our tours is flexible and designed to accommodate every rider’s needs and preferences. While each itinerary is carefully crafted with detailed knowledge of the region, road surfaces, and conditions, flexibility remains a key part of our trips. In many areas, support vehicles cannot follow the small trails, country lanes, and back roads we use. However, you’ll still have the comfort of meeting our support vehicle approximately every 15 kilometers.

If you ever feel tired or simply want to take a break, you are welcome to rest in the air-conditioned van while others continue biking as they wish. Don’t worry if the day’s distance feels too long—our guides and drivers are there to assist you.

Throughout the journey, you are encouraged to inform your guide if you would like to stay longer at a particular spot or stop for photos. We happily adjust the experience based on your preferences to ensure a memorable and enjoyable adventure.

Our cycling tours vary in conditions from flatland to mountain regions. The routes also have different levels ranging from day tours to multi-day tours.

All our tours’s routes are graded from easygoing to challenging. Each cyclist has a different level, so flexibility with distance routes is important to different cycling experiences. For example, a tough tour can be made from moderate due to a support van enabling the rider to escape the more significant ascents. Giving you options to make your trip, Great!
